Snickerdoodle in a cup

1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs packed brown sugar

melt butter

stir sugars and butter together

pinch cream of tatar (optional)
pinch kosher salt (not really optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste

add cream of tatar, salt, vanilla, and

2 shakes of cinnamon and stir.

1 egg

stir in egg

3 Tbs all purpose flour

stir in flour

sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
microwave for about 1:00 depending on your microwaves power.
