BIRTHDAY PARTY SPRINKLE MUG CAKE

2 Tbs melted butter
1/4 Cup all purpose flour
1 egg
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sprinkles

mix everything together in microwave safe bowl or mug

cook for about 1:30 (700 watts) test yours to see if it needs less time.

​

Try 1:00 first, then add :15 at a time until firm.

​

Top with whipped cream, icing, ice cream, or taco meat.

Icing
3 powdered sugar (use more if you want it thicker)
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp milk or cream
