Lemon mug cake

​

2 Tbs melted butter
1/4 Tbs all purpose flour
1 egg
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking powder
zest of 1 lemon

optional Blueberry add in.
10 blueberries

mix everything together in microwave safe bowl or mug

cook for about 1:30 (700 watts)

 

test yours to see if it needs less time. try 1:00 first, then add :15 at a time until firm.

top with whipped cream, icing, ice cream, or poodle hair.

Icing
3 powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp lemon juice
(optional- 1/4 tsp blueberry jam)
