No Bake Ricotta Cheesecake
Crust
4 Tbs Graham cracker crumbs
2Tbs Butter (melted)
Mix and pres into container
Cheesecake filling (by ratio if using single serve container)
2 Tbs cream cheese (1 container)
4 Tbs ricotta (2 container)
4 Tbs sugar (2 container)
2 Tbs Lemon juice (1 container - slightly less)
2 tsp Lemon zest
mix together and put on top of crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
top with whipped cream and fruit or chocolate shavings
