Pancakes for one
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking POWDER
1/4 tsp baking SODA
pinch salt
2 tsp melted butter
1/2 cup milk (or butter milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla
optional - blueberries - about 2 Tbs - frozen or fresh
mix it all together
cook on medium heat,
flip when one side is almost cooked (sides firm up and bubbles stop popping on top)
makes about 3 pancakes.
