THREE CHEESE RAVIOLI

2 Tbs Mozzerella
2 tsp parmesan cheese
2 Tbs ricotta
1 clove garlic confit

Optional to taste

red pepper flake
herbs
italian seasoning
pepper
anything you like

egg roll wrappers

cut your egg roll wrapper into 4 pieces (about 3 x 3)

mix all the cheeses and optionals together
(make 4 to 6 raviolis)

divide cheese mixture between 1/2 of the pasta (4 to 6)

use egg wash to seal edges where the pasta will be put together

place sheet of pasta over cheese mix 

light use a fork to crimp edges

boil in salted water until it floats
about 2 to 3 minutes

eat with any sauce you like or just some olive oil
