2 tablespoons Butter

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon dark unsweetened baking cocoa  

1 tablespoon dark chocolate baking chips

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

large Egg (yolk only)

1 tablespoon water

1 teaspoon vanilla

TOPPING

Caramel ice cream topping, if desired

Fudge ice cream topping, if desired

Aerosol whipped cream, if desired

 

 *Substitute unsweetened baking chocolate.

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Place butter into large coffee mug; microwave 30-45 seconds or until melted. Add all remaining cake ingredients; mix well with fork.

  2. STEP 2

    Microwave 60-90 seconds or until cake pulls away from sides and top is dry. (Do not overcook.) Cool slightly. Top with desired toppings.
