Easy Fried Rice

1 cup cooked rice
1 Tbs oil
1/4 cup onion diced
1 carrot diced
2 scallions sliced thin
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg

add vegtables to pan and cook until softened
add rice and sauces
stir to combine and warm


push food to edges of pan to make a clear space in the center.
mix egg and add it to the clear space. 
Let it form a bit and then scramble egg.
once the egg is cooked stir everything together
put on a plate or a hollowed out pineapple or hubcap and eat.
