Color war Garlic Avocado pasta

This was inspired by a wonderful pasta made during the "Chopped" competition. 

Boil 1/2 pound spaghetti in salted water (8 to 10 min) 

mash ripe avocado in bowl
add garlic confit to taste (I use 5 cloves)
add 2 to 3 Tbs garlic oil
2 to 3 Tbs grated Parmesan or other hard cheese
Fresh chopped herbs as desired. (I use a little chives and parsley)
Lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
Optional red pepper flake

mix it all together and add warm past from the water, do not drain, take pasta directly out of the water. The small amount of pasta water will help create your sauce. Stir pasta and add additional pasta water as needed to reach the consistency you like.
